We understand that travel plans can change. This policy is designed to balance fairness for our guests with the logistics required to prepare each Belize With Alvin experience.

✅ Cancellations Made by You

• 48 hours or more before the tour start time:
  You may cancel for a full refund, minus a 4.5% processing fee to cover bank and payment system charges.
• Less than 48 hours before the tour start time:
  Your booking is considered final. No refunds will be issued, as preparations—including permits, transportation, and staffing—will have already been made.
• Same-day bookings and cancellations:
  All sales are final if booked and cancelled on the same day.

We recommend adding an extra day to your itinerary to accommodate weather-related rescheduling if you plan water-based or outdoor tours.

🌧️ Cancellations Due to Weather or Safety

• If a tour is canceled by Belize With Alvin for safety reasons—such as bad weather, road conditions, or health alerts—you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
• For weather-sensitive activities (like cave tubing, river crossings, or snorkeling), we will provide alternative options whenever possible.

💬 How to Cancel

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 7 business days.

🔒 Your Peace of Mind Matters

We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance that covers unexpected delays, illness, or cancellations due to personal emergencies.
