  • Minimum or maximum group size limits

4. Payments

Tour payments may be made in one of the following ways:

  • Secure online payment link (provided by Atlantic Bank)
  • Mobile credit card processing machine (on-site)
  • Cash payment upon arrival

A deposit is generally required to secure your tour. Final payment terms will be confirmed during booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 7+ days notice: Full refund (minus any processing fees)
  • 3–6 days notice: 50% refund
  • 48hrs, Same-day or no-show: No refund

Refunds for deposits will be processed promptly if eligible.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)

We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unexpected events beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather or flooding
  • Natural disasters
  • Park closures or government advisories
  • Personal illness or safety concerns

In such cases, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule, whenever possible.

7. Personal Information and Privacy

We collect certain personal information to provide our services, such as:

  • Your name, contact information, and booking details
  • Age and dietary restrictions for tour safety and planning

We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to read.
