Real Belize Tours, Led by Someone Who Lived the Story

From sacred caves to ancient cities in the treetops, these aren’t tours written from a brochure. They’re shaped by the land, the season — and a guide who grew up walking these trails.

Every Tour Has a Season — and I’ll Help You Catch It Just Right

The best Belize tours don’t happen on a tight schedule. They happen when you listen to the land.

That’s how I guide. I’ve seen Barton Creek turn a glowing turquoise in the dry season. I’ve timed ATM Cave just right, when the stream is calm and crystal-clear. And I love when a light rain hits the rainforest before a tour — the air changes, the jungle sings, and the ruins seem more alive.

You might not visit during those exact moments. But I’ll watch the weather, feel the signs, and help you catch your own kind of magic.

And if you hear me go quiet during our drive? It’s because I’m taking it in too. Or remembering a moment that might help shape yours.

This is how I guide — through experience, reflection, and heart. And when I speak Creole or share a personal story, I invite you to be part of it. Because Belize isn’t just a place I show you. It’s a life I share with you.

Tour Listing

ATM Cave Tour

The legendary cave where Belize keeps its secrets.

Step into the heart of Belize’s most sacred cave — a place where Maya rituals left behind pottery, artifacts, and even human remains. This is no ordinary tour. It’s a journey into the underworld, where history and nature meet.

Barton Creek Cave by Canoe

Paddle through a Maya passageway carved in limestone

Glide silently beneath cathedral-like ceilings as your canoe carries you through ancient Maya territory. This tour offers calm, beauty, and mystery in equal measure — a peaceful yet powerful cave experience.

Xunantunich Maya Ruins

Climb the temple that changed the course of my life

Walk in the footsteps of ancient kings. Cross the hand-cranked ferry, then climb “El Castillo” for one of the most iconic views in Belize. I first came here as a teenager — and I’ve been guiding toward this view ever since.

Cahal Pech Maya Ruins

Quiet, close, and rich with mystery

Tucked above San Ignacio is a site most travelers overlook — but not me. I’ve walked these ruins often, and they still reveal something new. Cahal Pech is compact but loaded with history. It’s perfect for those who want depth without the drive. Some guests pair this with Xunantunich. Others just want to sit, feel the breeze, and listen.

Cave Tubing

Lush rainforest, cool rivers, and underground wonder

Drift on a slow-moving river that disappears into the earth. Inside, you’ll float through limestone caverns once used for sacred ceremonies. Above ground, the rainforest buzzes with life. I watch the season carefully and time the tubing for safety, flow, and beauty. If you're looking for a fun, low-effort, high-reward experience — this one's hard to beat.

Ziplining

For the wild at heart — and those who want to feel it

Feel the rush as you zip from platform to platform, high in the treetops. It’s adrenaline, yes — but also a moment to look down and realize where you are: Belize’s rainforest in motion.
I recommend this as part of a combo with cave tubing or a half-day adventure.

Tour Recommendations

This isn’t a mass tour business. It’s the result of tradition, passion, and second chances. When you walk with me, you’re not just a guest — you’re part of something real.

Support My Work

I’m currently raising funds for video equipment to capture the stories, wildlife, and voices of real Belize. If you believe in storytelling that goes beyond the tourist surface:

Behind-the-Scenes Questions (FAQ)

Yes. Most of my tours are personalized based on your interests, schedule, and sense of adventure. Whether you’re into caves, Maya ruins, birdwatching, or just want to explore the hidden side of Belize — I can help you build the perfect trip.

I speak English and Belizean Creole (Kriol). Guests often ask about the language, and I’m happy to explain or teach a few Creole phrases on tour. It’s one of the ways I bring local culture into the experience.

My storytelling comes from lived experience — fireheart mornings in Placencia, fishing before school, fixing my first computer without the internet. I don’t just guide tours, I share pieces of real Belize. That’s what keeps me going.

It’s hard to choose, but inland Belize — especially around Cayo — speaks to me. I love the quiet power of the rainforest and the feeling of walking a trail that tells a story. That said, Placencia will always be my first love — where sea grapes, sand, and family made me who I am.
