What’s Included in My Private Tours (and What’s Not)
I keep my tours simple on purpose —
Not rushed. Not rigid. Just real.
Here’s what you can expect when you book a private tour with me —
and what I don’t include, so we’re both clear before we walk together.
✅ What’s Included
🚗 Private Transportation
- Pickup and drop-off from your hotel, Airbnb, or a meeting point we agree on
- Air-conditioned vehicle (clean, quiet, no crowds)
- No sharing with strangers. It’s your space.
🧭 Licensed Belizean Guide (That’s Me or My team)
- I’m with you the whole way — no subcontracting
- I explain what we see, but I also listen
- You can ask anything. We go at your pace.
🕓 Flexible Timing
- We don’t rush. If you want to linger somewhere, we do.
- If weather shifts or the land says slow down, we adjust
- Some days go longer — not because of the clock, but because the moment called for it
🥤 Water & Light Snacks
- I always bring extra water
- Sometimes fruit or something local if the morning feels right
- Let me know if you need anything special (I’ll do what I can)
🎟️ Entry Fees (On Most Tours)
- Most site entry fees (like Xunantunich or cave reserves) are covered
- I’ll tell you clearly before booking if something extra applies
🚫 What’s Not Included
❌ Group Crowds or Buses
- I don’t offer shared tours.
- No big vans, no pickups with 10 strangers.
❌ Meals (Unless Agreed Ahead)
- Full-day tours include a local meal or planned food stop — we’ll discuss it in advance
- Half-day tours do not include meals by default
- I’ll always recommend good, safe, local food if you’re hungry afterward
- No tourist traps — just honest, Belizean food
📝 If you have dietary needs or preferences, just let me know. I’ll work with what’s possible.
❌ Rush or Pressure
- I won’t try to “fit it all in.”
- If you’re expecting a checklist, this might not be the right kind of tour
❌ Fancy Extras or Add-Ons
- No champagne on arrival.
- No photo packages.
- Just real travel, at a human pace.
🤲🏽 What You Can Always Count On
- Honest advice
- Safe, clean vehicles
- Stories that come from memory, not brochures
- Space to ask, wonder, and reflect
- A guide who walks with you — not in front of you
