ATM Cave Ticketing Changes: What Travelers Need to Know (Effective October 5, 2025)

Starting October 5th, 2025, the Institute of Archaeology (IA) and the National Institute of Culture and History (NICH) will introduce a new ticketing process for all ATM Cave visitors.
This change is designed to make payments easier, improve accountability, and protect the cave so it can remain safe and unforgettable for generations to come.
What’s Changing?
- All ATM Cave tickets will now be processed through a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- The POS system is being introduced first, before the full online platform rolls out.
- This replaces much of the older, cash-based system used by operators and guides.
How You’ll Pay for ATM Tickets
The new system prioritizes electronic payment methods, including:
- 💳 Credit or debit cards
- 📱 Digital wallets (DigiWallet or E-kyash)
- 💻 Online deposits
Your guide or operator will still arrange the transaction, but all payments must now go through the official system.
