Every journey starts with a meeting place — and I want that part to feel personal, not stressful.
📍 Free Pickup in the San Ignacio Area
I offer complimentary pickup at most hotels, guesthouses, and Airbnbs located within or near:
- San Ignacio Town
- Santa Elena
- Bullet Tree Falls (main road only)
- Cristo Rey Village (main road access)
Just send me the name of your accommodation and I’ll confirm the details.
🛑 A Quick Note on “San Ignacio” Listings
Many places say they’re “in San Ignacio” — but are actually located 10–15+ miles out.
This is common with eco-lodges, backroad Airbnbs, and jungle stays.
That’s no problem — I can usually still reach you. But:
- There may be a small additional fee for extended pickups
- Or we can agree on a meet-up location in town with safe, free parking
If you’re unsure, just ask — I’ll check the map and make it easy.

To plan your pickup with care, please send:
- The name of your hotel or Airbnb
- Your WhatsApp or phone number (used only for day-of contact)
- If you’re driving and prefer to meet, just let me know
- For Airbnb stays, include the GPS pin or map link if possible
This avoids confusion and saves time in the morning.
⏰ Timing: When Will Pickup Happen?
Pickups usually begin 15–30 minutes before the scheduled tour start, depending on your location and road conditions.
I’ll message you the exact time the evening before the tour.
💡 Tours typically begin between 7:30–9:00am, depending on how the day flows. I’ll keep you updated.
🔄 What If Something Changes?
If your stay changes, you’re running late, or something unexpected comes up — just message me on WhatsApp. I check regularly and adjust when I can.
I know travel isn’t always perfect, and I do my best to make it easy.
🚫 I Don’t Operate from a Tour Office
I don’t run a storefront or group desk — I guide privately and by request. That means I build each day by hand, with attention to the people I’m serving.
